About Us

The Association aims to promote the world yangqin music culture in Hong Kong and cultivate the public's knowledge and interest in the world yangqin. All the committee members graduated from music colleges, and through music performances, master class lectures, international exhibitions, etc., they enable local outstanding yangqin talents to connect and communicate with yangqin talents from all over the world. Using yangqin art as a medium, we not only promote Chinese culture to the world, but also allow the cultural essence of countries around the world to gather in Hong Kong, promote the exchange of yangqin music and art between Hong Kong, the Mainland and overseas, and enhance the level of yangqin art in Hong Kong. At the same time, we will give full play to Hong Kong's advantages as a gathering place of Chinese and Western cultures and its role as a center for cultural and artistic exchanges between China and foreign countries.
